3D Printing and Medical Education Class
On July 22, 2025, MDKMITL had the great honor of welcoming Dr. Tanasit Kangkorn to give a special lecture on Medical 3D Printing. The session was well-received by both our medical students and faculty members, who showed strong interest and enthusiasm throughout the class.
Dr. Tanasit shared his expertise on how 3D printing technology is being used in the medical field today—for example, in creating anatomical models for surgery planning, designing medical devices, and even supporting innovations in personalized care. The lecture helped students understand the real-world applications of this exciting technology and how it can improve patient care and medical education.
Many of our students are now exploring ideas for research and innovation using 3D printing. This session inspired them to think creatively and explore how they can apply what they’ve learned to future medical challenges.
We would like to sincerely thank Dr. Tanasit for his valuable time and for inspiring our future doctors to combine technology and medicine for the benefit of patients and society.
