Strengthening Collaboration and strategic Growth

From 24–26 May 2026, faculty executives and personnel of MDKMITL participated in a study visit to Chumphon as part of the Knowledge Exchange and Strategic Development Program.

The program began with a visit to Ban Ton Mai Uad Chum Community Enterprise, where participants learned about community-based initiatives, sustainable resource management, and local innovation. The visit provided valuable insights into how collaboration between educational institutions and local communities can contribute to sustainable development and social impact.

Following the site visit, faculty members took part in strategic meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions focused on organizational development, academic advancement, and the future direction of the Faculty. The discussions provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives, share experiences, and identify approaches that support continuous improvement and institutional excellence.

Participants also engaged in group activities designed to strengthen teamwork, communication, and collaborative problem-solving. These activities encouraged meaningful interaction among colleagues while reinforcing the importance of working together toward shared goals.

The program concluded with a study visit to KMITL Chumphon Campus, where participants met with campus administrators and faculty members to exchange ideas on academic management, institutional development, and potential opportunities for future collaboration. The visit provided valuable perspectives while strengthening connections across the KMITL community.

Through initiatives such as this, MDKMITL remains committed to fostering a culture of lifelong learning, collaboration, and innovation to advance excellence in medical education, research, and healthcare.
