MDKMITL Commemorates Mahidol Day 2026

On the morning of 24 September 2026, Prof. Somchai Tanawattanacharoen, M.D., Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, KMITL, together with faculty members and staff, attended the Mahidol Day Commemoration Ceremony at Siririj Hospital.

The MDKMITL delegation participated in the wreath-laying ceremony to pay tribute to H.R.H. Prince Mahidol of Songkla, widely recognized as the “Father of Modern Medicine and Public Health of Thailand.”

The ceremony was held in remembrance of his remarkable contributions and enduring legacy in advancing medical education, healthcare, and public health in Thailand.
